About Us

We are ekxide, a Berlin-based team with decades of hands-on experience in communication middleware. Our roots are in automotive, where we developed the first generation of iceoryx for autonomous driving systems. As iceoryx grew, both in scope and as an open-source community, it became clear that it needed a team fully dedicated to it. That’s why ekxide exists, and why our focus today is iceoryx2. We work with customers across automotive, medical, robotics, finance and anyone whose products depend on moving large amounts of data reliably, in real time and with low latency.
